Case Study 1: Federal Centre South Building 1202

This case study showed the idea of creating a healthy, better and exciting working environment by incorporating the strategies of healing environment in order to influence the employee to become more happy and productive. The building allows abundance of natural light reach across to all workstation, as a result in reducing energy costs and artificial light. To be able to receive full penetrating of variability of sunlight, the atrium is designed in an oxbow shape to maximise the experience of changing light when the sun moves (Whole Building design guide, 2016).
